Carrapids

Eines der meist genutzen öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind die "Carrapids" - mit denen wir jeden Tag zur Schule fahren. Obwohl der Name ja eigentlich - schnelles Auto -  bedeutet, sind sie gar nicht soooo schnell. Sie halten nämlich an jeder Ecke an, wenn jemand ein oder aussteigen möchte.
In so einem Kleinbus hat es Platz für mindestens 20 Erwachsene + soviele Kinder eben mitgehn (die müssen nichts zahlen) und oft stehen noch Leute im "Mittelgang", der eigentlich nicht wirklich existiert :) Und wenn drinnen kein Platz mehr ist, dann kann man ja auch noch draußen auf dem Trittbrett stehn :)

One of the most common public transport are the "Carrapids" - which we take everyday to get to school. The name of those cars may let you assume that they are fast but they're really not, since they stop at every corner to let people get on or off.
In such a van is  space for at least 20 adults + as many children they wanna take with them ( they don't have to pay) and often there are people standing in the not really existing walkway. And if there is no more space inside you can also stand at the step outside :)
